Talked to someone about getting a B & W fifth wheel hitch installed. He said I had to come in to make a deposit on it. Could not take card over the phone. Why not??? My wife and I drove there to make deposit ( we are about 45 minutes from there) When we get there the guy we talked with on the phone is not there and no one knows nothing about the hitch I want. The person we talked with did not leave any information. Drove all the way there for nothing!!! Got the hitch somewhere else. Do not recommend!!!

I came in for advice on my truck. Ended up getting a leveling kit. Guy at the counter was super helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Customer service was excellent and fifth wheel hitch arrived in days. They even held it in the warehouse for a couple of weeks until my truck was available. Highly recommend.

Went looking for a nice shed. Found one at Leonard. Great deal on it, and will be delivered this week or early next.

Had my trailer re-wired here last year and what I think happened (It was never explained to me) is the girl who works there made a mistake in the price she gave me (either that or it was bait and switch) so when I went to pick up the trailer and the price was different than what the girl told me and I asked why, the bald guy that works there immediately started shouting and fighting. He didn’t listen to me or look into what I was saying at all he just started fighting and shouting. The rewire job that they did didn’t last 24 hours by the end of that day one of the break lights already wasn't working, so I went back and they fixed it. Literally once a week I had to go back for them to fix more of their rewire job that no longer worked. Eventually I just stopped going back there. I just had Dickinson equipment rewire my trailer and in there shop notes it said things like “It made no sense why it was wired this way” Along with many other notes illustrating leonard trailer’s incompetence.
