Great service, fast service had me me in and out in in 15 minutes, love my trailer, everyone else as far as trailer places took forever, I inquired about a trailer told them when I was gonna be there and like I said was out 15 minutes or less paper work and all!

Visited the shop and Kevin was very helpful with advising us which camper shell would fit our needs with all the options we wanted for our 23 Chevy Colorado. We placed an order and the shell was delivered within the time frame he specified. We scheduled our installation on what turned out to be a very busy rainy day for the shop and they installed the top to perfection. We travelled a bit to get there so we had to hang out during the install and Kevin kept us informed of the progress all during the installation. When everything was complete our installer went over all the features of the shell and answered our questions. True professionals. Could not be happier with the product or the process.

Very kind, knowledgeable, and quick

I had ANOTHER Leonard Truck Outfitters location install a hitch and wiring harness on my Tacoma about 1 year ago. The trailer lights stopped working when connected to the Tacoma. ( but still worked when hooked up to my Jeep.) I tried getting help from the Leonard location that had done the install. Their answer was "check your fuses", which I had done and then they quickly hung up on me. I was put on hold several times , sometimes for over 20 minutes. I left a message per their instructions and still have yet to receive a return call. Once I was somehow connected to a Leonard corporate person who also relayed me to their phone message again.). I reached out to the Winston-Salem Peter's Creek location. Those folk showed me where the original install had not been properly done. The W-S Peter's Creek location fixed the problem quickly and with no fuss. I wish I had gone to Peter's Creek Leonard Truck Outfitters in the first place.

Ordering was easy, everything came in on time and installation was smooth. They did a very nice job. This is the second topper I have bought from them and both times was a great experience!
