Had a great experience with Ben and the guys at Leonard! Ordered a Curt tow hitch for my 2018 RAV4, it arrived in less than a week, and it was installed in about 3 hours. They confirmed the wiring, showed us the fuse to check if the trailer lights aren’t working, and did a quality installation. Highly recommend!

Bought a truck topper from Leonard's Morristown location. Took months to come in. Once it was in, it was faulty and not water proof causing damage to the items stored in the claimed to be "sealed" compartments. Waited over 3 months for the warranty one to come in. Had to wait on getting our service vehicle wrapped due to this delay. Still no response about the reimbursement for lost material after multiple attempts to reach out and making in store visits. Have also contracted a Leer representative that does not call back & asked for a legal correspondence contact with no response. I truly understand the faulty product at hand is Leer brand but as a dealer, Leonard's has a responsibility to work with their customer to make this right.

Had running boards and bed cover installed on my new Toyota Tacoma. All personal there were excellent in helping me select the items i wanted and conversation while i was there. Installation was excellent and fit perfect. Thank you for completing everything i was looking for.

Their spray in bedliners are the worst. They’ve “fixed” it 3 times and this is what I’m dealing with. Take it from me. Go somewhere else.
