The Bungalow Playhouse is a complete package: cute front porch with rails, kid door (it is split so that the top will open independently from the bottom), three 14"x27" slider windows with screens, and a large 45" adult door in the rear. The inside has a ladder to the loft above the porch. Delivery is free within 30 miles from the store - beyond that will incur a charge of $4.00 per loaded mile.
In the world of pre-assembled portable storage sheds, the foundation is paramount. Leonard's famous notched skid flooring system has been refined over the years to provide the most rugged and durable floor in the business. 4'x6' pressure treated skids are notched so that the pressure treated 2'x6' floor joists are squeezed in and cross fastened to avoid twisting or warping. This added step all allows the necessary strength to move the building over its life without doing damage to the structure. The floor is covered with 3/4" engineered flooring that is designed to last longer and not warp.
Bungalow Playhouse
Usually built as an 8x12 or 8x16, this unique structure comes with an adult size 48" door in the rear and the front is layouted out for the little ones. Inside and over the front porch is a loft with a window. Kids who see this playhouse seem to head for the ladder to investigate the railing covered loft first. Three window provide good light for playing. You would not believe some how decked out we have seen the interiors after Mom & Dad get through with it:)
