They feature no-break polypropylene step pads, T6 aluminum construction, paintable TPO end caps and two finish options. Unlike most nerf bars or running boards that come with steps pads fixed in place, O-MegaSteps feature a unique installation system. The pads come unattached from the tube and are designed to install with self-tapping screws. This allows you to easily match the layout of your vehicle and fine-tune the position of the step pads to perfectly suit your tastes. They can be mounted to factory specifications or adjusted to a custom placement. The step pads are made from no-break polypropylene and feature a non-skid design for a comfortable, long-lasting stepping surface. LUVERNE O-MegaSteps are also constructed to outlast the elements. We manufacture them right here in the USA out of T6 aluminum alloy. The 6" x 2 3/4" tubes add a modern look to the vehicle and are completely impervious to rust. Because they are made from aluminum, these steps are also very lightweight and strong. We offer O-MegaSteps in two durable finishes, including black aluminum and satin aluminum. This allows you to choose the look that best suits your vehicle. To add a finishing touch, each end of the bar is covered with a TPO plastic end cap that protects the tube and can easily be painted for any custom look. To ensure our O-MegaStep 6" oval steps are a perfect fit for your truck, Jeep or SUV, we design each one to be vehicle-specific. Each pair installs using custom-fit mounting brackets for an easy, no-drill installation, and the brackets are protected in a durable black powder coat finish for long-lasting dependability (NOTE: The mounting brackets for these steps are included but shipped separately).
