Unlocking is a breeze – a simple quarter turn of the key frees the lock. The ratcheting U-lock combats theft and ensures extended security by immobilizing the lock base within the coupler, thwarting any attempt at removal. Its bright orange powder coat finish deters thieves and enhances visibility, allowing you easily spot tampering or interference from a distance. The U-lock, lock base and ratcheting mechanism are made to be corrosion-resistant, ensuring long-lasting durability and prolonged security. The thick and durable bright orange powder coat finish protects against sun, water and weather, effectively deterring theft, while maintaining visibility and safeguarding against dings and scratches. The included hitch lock in this lock set features a barbell design and comes with a 5/8" pin diameter to fit a 2" or 2-1/2" receiver tube size. CURT barbell hitch locks are comprised of a pin with two end caps and a round locking mechanism. They are key-operated and activate with a simple 1/4-turn.
