The guard is constructed from high-strength 2" diameter steel tubing, welded into a one-piece configuration for enhanced strength and rigidity. The guard is also frame-mounted providing a solid structural base and promoting dependable front-end protection. To make your fleet as efficient as possible, it features tilting brackets that allow the guard to easily be folded down whenever needed. This feature is uniquely engineered to complement modern fleet trucks with fold-down hoods. The guard can conveniently be tilted forward whenever necessary to provide instant access to the engine bay, without requiring you to remove the guard completely. To finish off this LUVERNE grille guard and truly make it an accessory fit for your work truck, we make each one vehicle-specific. This means no drilling necessary during the install.
