Chris and the guys at the Johnson City, TN, location are amazing! I originally purchased a lofted barn in April. Unfortunately, a storm and tree decided to decimate it about a month and a half later. I went back to the office, and Chris once again helped me with another purchase. The buildings are extremely well made. The building took all of the damage saving my fence and part of my house! Highly recommend Leonard buildings AND the Johnson City store.

Called then stopped at the store in Winchester VA. Our cargo hitch had snapped while traveling on I81. The gentleman there helped us right away - sold us a cargo basket and since the person who puts them together wasn't there he sold us the display and installed it on the back of our van. He also took the broken one to dispose of it for us. So appreciate the great customer service!!

I called Leonard Truck Outfitters to ask about a trailer I was interested in, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. I was told that if I bought a trailer, I’d have to take the paperwork to the DMV and get it registered before I could even drive it off the lot—which is simply not how it works in North Carolina. The state gives you 30 days to register a newly purchased trailer. That kind of misinformation and lack of customer consideration was disappointing, and it ended up costing them a sale. I went to another dealer the same day and had a smooth, hassle-free purchase without any unnecessary red tape. Customer service and accurate information matter—and unfortunately, Leonard missed the mark this time.

Always awesome. This is my second purchase from Leonard. The first was my cover for my truck bed that is still serving me well and now the trailer. I think this was quickest and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever done. Got a military discount in a military town that doesn't do them and picked up my trailer next day....

Hitch installation was very neat and professional. Wiring harness done well except the back of my CR-V was left a mess. Side cover missing, cargo liner was left uninstalled, generally good technical work, poor finishing attitude.
