Hitch installation was very neat and professional. Wiring harness done well except the back of my CR-V was left a mess. Side cover missing, cargo liner was left uninstalled, generally good technical work, poor finishing attitude.

Terrible.. took may to longto put trailer hitch on.told about1-30 minutes but it was about 3-1-2 hours. People unfriendly. Found they lost bolts. Do not put factory bolts in..found metal shaving in drivers seat.will never go back..recommendation no body do business their. Not helpful at all.made no effort to make things right

I had a bearing blow out on my 2021 6×12 utility trailer purchased new at the Leonard Store in Beckley. George Duarte, Store Manager, took my call on a Sunday so that I could drop the trailer that day for repair. It's that type of customer service that keeps folks coming back.

Price was great, wait time was good. Bed liner was filthy, looked like it sat outside got wet and covered in grass clippings. I spent 45 minutes at home cleaning it up.

I left my trailer at the Leonard - Danville store to have electrical pull replaced on the trailer. When I picked my trailer up and pulled it to my house, the electrical plug had been shortened and would not stay attached to my truck outlet. I toke my trailer back to have plug wire lengthened today. The manager, Jessica gave me an adapter that would solve this problem at no charge!

I had issue with the Cable on my leer cap window lock . They had me stop by and were able to replace very quickly and sent me on my way. I greatly appreciate your assistance of the staff there!

This is my first time using this place coming from the service industry all day every day They are definitely top-notch. I was looking for a trailer found them online made one phone call one of the best customer service answer all your questions and very professional. They call me when the trailer arrive. I drove an hour and a half and when I got there, they have everything ready one of the easiest and best service These guys definitely deserve a five star. I recommend them to everyone For all your needs accessory on trucks toolbox, and trailers and I definitely will be back.
