From the appointment process, the friendly greeting at the storefront, the flexibility for them to accommodate my extra trailer, to the communication of progress. Lastly the quality of installation was top notch. There was no issues, and my truck was returned with no smudges or tape residue. Outstanding!

They were great with sales and install. No problems. However, the bed cover I purchased failed under warranty. I went by the store and the guy working was very nice and said he’d take care of it. Probably hear something the following day or two. Two weeks go by I hear nothing. I call, he answers. Again very nice. Let me check into this and I’ll call you back. Crickets.

Customer service is lacking at the Alcoa Store and Main office or whomever answers the phone. Trying to purchase a Leer topper and first thing this morning I get ahold of the Alcoa Store and he suggests I go to the Leer website instead of just walking me through it so I can get it on order, I go look and find what I want, call back and get the office, and the Gentleman takes my number for a return call from the Alcoa store, I miss the call by seconds and immediately call back and get no answer. So I wait most the day and call again at 4pm, and the guy from the office acts like he is frustrated when answering and keeps cutting me off before I can tell him I missed the other guys call, so I just hung up on him because I'm frustrated beyond belief at this point because I needed to get this ordered today. I wanted to use a store here near my house, but I'm going to back to pheonix conversations, they are always extremely helpful and I should of stayed loyal to them to begin with.

Charlie was GREAT! Answered all my questions and gave me options for a truck topper. So far so good. Just waiting now for the actual delivery and install. 4-6 weeks wait. Can’t wait to get my truck bed covered.

Install of new Leer cap on my ‘24 Tacoma went well however it was very disappointing to see how dirty (especially the top) were. Why didn’t they wash it before install? Also, they had a big sign out front advertising 12 month 0 % interest offer but, when I went to apply, was told it only applies in Virginia and a couple other states…my permanent address is in Texas but we spend the summers in WV. Both these situations left me not feeling confident about returning for anything else.

Eric at Leonard's was very professional and knowledgeable about the building he sold me plus Taylor with the moving team was very professional and knowledgeable about how to setup the building and the job he was doing.
